1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iInvestGlobal, including the website located at iinvestglobal.com and any related applications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by EVE Value Engine LLC ("iInvestGlobal", "we", "us", or "our"), a company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with a registered address at 1111B S Governors Ave #89978, Dover, DE 19904, United States.

By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

iInvestGlobal is a global investment discovery and intelligence platform. The Service helps users explore, understand, and compare investment products and market concepts across multiple countries by translating unfamiliar markets into terms the user already understands.

iInvestGlobal is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, bank, or custodian. The Service does not execute trades, hold or custody funds or securities on your behalf, open brokerage accounts, or provide personalized investment advice. Any decision to buy, sell, or hold an investment is made solely by you (or, where applicable, through a separately regulated broker or financial institution of your choosing).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you, including any restrictions on accessing investment-related information from your country of residence.

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. iInvestGlobal currently offers three plans — Member, Premium, and Diamond — billed monthly at the prices shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change with advance notice for future billing periods.

Subscriptions are billed and processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. iInvestGlobal does not store your full payment card details; Stripe handles payment collection under its own terms and privacy practices.

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically for successive monthly periods at the then-current price. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying data, models, or methodology behind the Service; (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its content without our written permission; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or fraud; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Illustrative Content

Screens, dashboards, portfolios, alerts, and figures on the Service that are labeled "Illustrative Experience" or similar are hand-built demonstrations built to show how a feature works. They do not represent real live market data, a real user's holdings, or a live financial feed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Do not rely on illustrative content as a factual, real-time representation of any market or account.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes, and should not be construed as, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or investment product in any jurisdiction. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance of any market, instrument, or comparison shown on the Service is not indicative of future results. You should independently evaluate any investment and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial, tax, or legal professional in your jurisdiction before making investment decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying software, is owned by iInvestGlobal or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Third-Party Sources & Links

The Service may reference or link to third-party data sources, publications, or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content. Inclusion of a third-party source does not imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimers & Disclosures

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is complete, accurate, or current.

Investment products, taxation treatment, eligibility, and availability vary by jurisdiction and by individual investor circumstances. Nothing on the Service should be treated as confirmation that a particular product is available or suitable for you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iInvestGlobal and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iInvestGlobal from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable local law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
